Keto Pyaaz Paratha Recipe

The humble paratha is a cherished part of the Indian diet.It is general assumption that on a low carb diet one cannot consume parathas. This keto onion paratha is low in carbohydrates, keto friendly and makes for a perfect keto breakfast.

Serving Size – 4 portions

Keto Paratha Ingredients

  • Almond – 130 gm
  • Now Foods Psyllium Husk – 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli Powder- 1 tsp
  • Salt – As per taste
  • Coriander Leaves – 2 tsp
  • Onion Big – 60 gm
  • Chillies Green – As per taste
  • Go Processed Cheese – 40 gm

Cashew Mint Chutney Ingredients

  • Coriander Leaves – 30 gm
  • Mint – 6 gm
  • Chillies Green – As per taste
  • Lime seasoning – A pinch
  • Cashew nut – 4 pieces
  • Salt – As per taste

Keto Paratha Process

  • Measure all the ingredients
  • Grind the almond and make almond flour
  • Grate the cheese
  • Chop the vegetables
  • Make a dough of all the ingredients combined
  • Divide the dough by the number of portions to get the individual paratha
  • Glaze it with ghee
  • Bake it in the oven

Cashew Mint Chutney Process

  • Clean the mint and coriander thoroughly & soak them in ice cold water, drain all the impurities that settle at the bottom of the container
  • De-stalk the green chillies
  • Add all the ingredients in a blender and make a smooth paste preventing from discoloration.
