Keto Paratha Ingredients

Almond - 130 gm Now Foods Psyllium Husk - 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder- 1 tsp Salt - As per taste Coriander Leaves - 2 tsp Onion Big - 60 gm Chillies Green - As per taste Go Processed Cheese - 40 gm

Cashew Mint Chutney Ingredients

Coriander Leaves - 30 gm Mint - 6 gm Chillies Green - As per taste Lime seasoning - A pinch Cashew nut - 4 pieces Salt - As per taste

Keto Paratha Process -

Measure all the ingredients Grind the almond and make almond flour Grate the cheese Chop the vegetables Make a dough of all the ingredients combined Divide the dough by the number of portions to get the individual paratha Glaze it with ghee Bake it in the oven

Cashew Mint Chutney Process

Clean the mint and coriander thoroughly & soak them in ice cold water, drain all the impurities that settle at the bottom of the container De-stalk the green chillies Add all the ingredients in a blender and make a smooth paste preventing from discoloration.
