What’s better than eating a delicious hazelnut chocolate crepe for breakfast.
This low carb hazelnut chocolate crepe is made from 80 percent dark chocolate, hazelnuts, fresh cream, coconut milk and cheese and has been specially curated for people on the ketogenic diet.

Ingredients
For Chocolate Mousse
- 15 gms Callebaut Chocolate
- 15 gms Erythritol
- 60 gms Amul Fresh Cream
- 3 gms Vanilla Protein
- 12 gms Chocolate Protein
- 1.5 gms Gelatin powder
- 15 gms Hazelnut (for garnish)
For Chocolate Crepes
- 1.5 gms Fortune Sunflower Oil
- 25 gms Almond
- 30 gms Go Mozzarella Cheese
- 35 gms Coconut Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla EssenceWater(adjust for consistency as needed)Erythritol powder and cocoa powder for garnish
Method
Crepes
Grind the almonds and make almond flour. Grate the mozzarella cheese
Mix the water, coconut milk, grated cheese, vanilla essence, and almond flour to make a batter.
Add the oil to the pan. Take a ladle full of batter and pour over the pan swirl to cover the entire pan making a thin crepe.
Let it cook, once it turns brown turn it over.
When done, remove from flame and air cool.
Chocolate Mousse
Soak gelatine powder in cold water till it has bloomed. Then warm the mix to melt the gelatine to a liquid consistency.
Heat half of fresh cream and erythritol and stir well, Don’t let cream stick to the bottom of the pan. Add chocolate and whisk well. The chocolate will melt with the heat of cream.
Add the protein powders. Mix well. Add melted gelatine passing through a sieve to avoid lumps.
Allow to cool. Whisk the remaining cream to soft peaks. Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture. Mix till it is smooth.
Hazelnuts
Roast the hazelnuts. Cool Down and chop roughly.
Assembly
Plate the crepes with brown side facing down.
Spread the chocolate mousse on half of the crepe.
Sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts on top of the chocolate mousse.
Fold the crepe over the top. Dust lightly with a mixture powdered erythritol and cocoa powder.
