Keto Pav Bhaji

Pav bhaji is a popular fast food dish from India consisting of a thick vegetable curry served with a soft bread roll. This is our keto version of the traditional Pav Bhaji. This keto dish is low in carbohydrates and a healthier version of your regular Indian staple.

Servings: 4

Ingredients :

  • Butter – 20 gm
  • Oil – 2 gm
  • Tomatoes – 160 gm
  • Onions – 80 gm
  • Capsicum – 80 gm
  • Cauliflower – 60 gm
  • Garlic – 2.4 gm
  • Ginger- 2.4 gm
  • Chilli Powder – As per chef
  • Coriander Leaves- As per chef
  • Pav Bhaji Masala- As per chef
  • Lime Seasoning- As per chef
  • Garam Masala- As per chef
  • Cheese – 90 gm

Directions :

  • Add oil to a pan
  • Capsicum and let it cook
  • After add the pav bhaji masala, ginger and garlic
  • The butter
  • Chillies should be added
  • Add the tomatoes and cauliflower and let them cook
  • Add the lime seasoning
  • Garnish with coriander and grated cheese

The Bhaji can be consumed with a low carb almond bread or our Keto Pav.
